Gerald Boniel, REB,REA,ECE

Is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) from Cagayan de Oro College – Phinma Education Network. He is also a licensed ECE. He used to assist her wife, Marivic N. Boniel, in some of her real estate dealings while having his business in line with telecoms and technology. Influenced by her, he ventured in real estate as Salesperson in 2011. After discovering his passion in real estate career, he took the Real Estate Brokerage Exam conducted by PRC in March 2014 and successfully got his license. Last Sept. 15, 2017, he successfully took the Real Estate Appraisers examination conducted by Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).
