Gerald Vacalares Bonielholds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) from Cagayan de Oro College – Phinma Education Network and is a licensed ECE. While managing his telecoms and technology business, he also assisted his wife, Marivic N. Boniel, in various real estate transactions. Inspired by her, he entered the real estate field as a Salesperson in 2011. Recognizing his passion for real estate, he pursued and obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license after successfully completing the PRC Real Estate Brokerage Exam in March 2014. On September 15, 2017, he achieved another milestone by passing the Real Estate Appraisers examination administered by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC).

Marivic Nadela – BonielShe completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) from Mindanao University of Science and Technology (MUST), now known as University of Science and Technology in the Philippines (USTP). In 2004, she passed the ECE board examination, but later discovered her true passion in the real estate industry after a few years. In 2009, she successfully took the Real Estate Brokerage Exam, which happened to be the final exam conducted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). As a result, she was among the Real Estate Brokers (REB) who received a professional license from the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) without having to take the PRC Examination, thanks to the Grandfather Clause of RESA of 2009. Furthermore, she furthered her expertise in the real estate field by taking the Real Estate Appraisers’ Exam administered by the PRC in July 2012 and obtained her license.
